Minimum Order

A minimum order requirement of $50.00 per order.

Cancellation

For cancellation of custom product order, cancellation charges will be based on costs incurred and commitments made by Cross Brothers Inc. through the date written notice of the cancellation is received.

Freight

Freight charges are F.O.B. factory “prepaid and added” to invoice.

Returned Goods

Material custom manufactured will not be accepted for return. 

Freight Damage Returns

Product returned for repair must be authorized by factory prior to return. Returns sent without a return authorization (RA) number will be refused. Repairs will be charged at time and material plus 25%. Cross Brothers Inc. is not liable for freight damage, and the buyer is responsible for filing freight claims with carrier.

Limited Warranty

Cross Brothers, Inc., manufacturer, warrants to the original purchaser of the product that the product is free from defects in workmanship and material.

Warranty is not applicable to product which has been repaired, altered, or subject to accident, negligence, abuse or misuse.

To activate Warranty, defective product must be rejected in writing to Cross Brothers Inc. within thirty (30) days of receipt by original purchaser and must be returned to Cross Brothers Inc., freight prepaid by original purchaser. It is Cross Brothers Inc. sole liability either to repair or replace, at Cross Brothers Inc. option, the defective product. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied.

Any defective product returned to Cross Brothers Inc. under the terms of this Warranty must be accompanied by a return authorization (RA) number assigned by Cross Brothers Inc. and information indicating when and by whom the defect was first discovered, nature of defect, and location of product at the time defect was discovered.

After warranted repair or replacement, product will be returned to original purchaser, freight prepaid by Cross Brothers Inc.
